The sophomore midfielder led the Bulldogs in points for the month with five on a pair of goals and an assist.  He was also tied for the most goals in the first month of play.  Navarrete scored the game-winner in the Bulldogs' first win of the season, a 2-1 conference victory against York on the road.  His second goal of the season came on a free kick from way out on the wing in the Bulldogs' 3-2 CUNYAC win in overtime over Hunter on September 26 at Brooklyn College Field.
