$34.50 per hour
Public Safety
$42 per hour (if required)
Custodial/Grounds
$40 per hour (if required)

📋 Important Information

  • Lockers: Not available for rental events
  • Weekend Parking: Available through conference center coordination
  • The determination about whether or not the proposed activity is appropriate shall be at the sole discretion of the Brooklyn College Director or designee
  • Insurance Requirements: Commercial general liability insurance is mandatory for all rentals with the following minimum coverage:
    • Combined Single Limit: $1,000,000.00
    • Aggregate: $2,000,000.00
  • Additional Insureds: All policies must name the following as additional insureds:
    • The City University of New York
    • The State of New York
    • The City of New York
    • The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York
