Brooklyn College Athletics

One of the leaders in multiple statistical categories for the month of September, the sophomore outside hitter was second on the team in kills per set (2.33), second on the team in service aces per set (.588), second in points per set (3.04), ranked in the top-five in digs per set (1.89), and ranked third on the team in hitting percentage (.164) while attacking 128 times.  Named CUNYAC Preseason Player of the Year to start the month, Rafat helped lead Brooklyn to a 7-7 record including a 3-1 mark at the West Quad Center.
