Box Score
Staten Island, NY---The BC Men's Soccer squad fell to 0-8 on the season as they lost to SUNY Farmindale 4-0 on Monday at the College of Staten Island.
Farmingdale used good spacing to get on the board with three first half goals. Junior forward Prince Eltosam (Christopher Columbus/Bronx, NY) scored two of those goals and Carmelo Sottile (Brentwood/West Sayville) had the other.
The second half saw some more inspired play out of the Bridges but they could not get on the board. Andrew Whilby (Wolmer's Boys School/Saint Albans, NY) scored Farmingdale's lone goal in the second stanza, setting up the final count.
Brooklyn goalkeeper Scott Geller (Morris Knolls/New York, NY) had some nifty saves, notching a total of 11 for the game.
Up next for Brooklyn, a non-conference road match-up with borough rival Polytechnic University on Thursday, October 4th at 4 pm.
