Jamaica, NY---The Brooklyn College Women's Volleyball Team (4-12, 2-6 CUNYAC) was in need of a win over CUNYAC opponent York College (2-21, 1-7 CUNYAC) on Tuesday in order to earn a spot in the upcoming conference tournament, and the squad came through, knocking off the Cardinals in three (30-26, 30-24, 30-24).

Kerry-Ann Burton (Harry S. Truman/Bronx, NY) led the way for BC with a match-high 9 kills. Leidy Guzman (Humanities/Brooklyn, NY) continued her fantastic play notching 8 kills and 9 digs in the win.

Jaime Belletini (Franklin K. Lane/Glendale, NY) who is used primarily as a service specialist, came through with 4 aces.

Brooklyn will return home on Wednesday for Senior Night as they take on Polytechnic at 7 pm.
