New York, NY---New York, NY—The Brooklyn College Women's Volleyball Team could not hold off the #1 seed, Hunter College, as they lost in their quarterfinal match-up 30-13, 30-8, 30-17.

Leading the way for the Bridges was sophomore Leidy Guzman (Humanities/Brooklyn, NY) who had a team high 8 digs and 2 kills.

The Hawks were led by sophomore Lauren Auerbach (Salpointe Catholic/Tucon, AZ) who had a game-high 11 kills. Shantia Scott (Pelham Memorial/Pelham, NY) chipped in with nine kills, six digs and four aces.

While the 2007 season is over the team is optimistic going into the off-season as they only lose two seniors.
