Reigning CUNYAC Player of the Year Evgeniya Kim (Cardozo/Flushing, NY) led the way for Hunter as she knocked off Brooklyn's Ruth Perez (EBC Bushwick/Brooklyn, NY) at #1singles 6-0, 6-1.

Monica Calungcagin (Nyack/Valley Cottage, NY) defeated Brooklyn's Alina Binder (Flatbush Yeshiva/Brooklyn, NY) in their #2 singles face-off 6-1, 6-3.

Brooklyn will look to improve on their 5-3 record as they host St. Joseph's Brooklyn on Wednesday, October 9th at 4:00 pm.
