Wayne, NY---The Brooklyn College Women's Volleyball Team split a pair of matches as they played the host William Patterson University and City Tech at a tri-match in Wayne, New Jersey on Saturday afternoon.
In the second match of the day, a win over City Tech, freshman Ezgi Ozdemir (Abraham Lincoln/Brooklyn, NY) led the way with 10 assists and 6 service aces.
Kerry Ann Burton (Harry S. Truman/Bronx, NY) and Jasmine Thimothe (Samuel J. Tilden/Brooklyn, NY) each had 5 kills in the victory.
The team will play two more on Monday as they take on John Jay and Staten Island in the CUNYAC Multi-match at Hunter College. The John Jay match will start at 11:00 am.
