Staten Island, NY---The Brooklyn College Men's Soccer Team (6-8-2) got a first half goal from Ivan Klyauzov (James Madison / Brooklyn, NY) and it turned out to be all the scoring they would need as they knocked of the #4 seeded College of Staten Island (4-14), 1-0 on Wednesday afternoon.

Goal keeper Azad Kafarov (James Madison / Brooklyn, NY) earned the shutout and the win while making some key saves late in the second half to secure the victory.

The team will move on to the CUNYAC Semifinals to face Hunter College on Saturday, November 1st at 12pm.  Saturday's game, as well as the CUNYAC Championship game on November 8th, will be played at the College of Staten Island.
