Box Score

The Men's Soccer team (4-8-2, 2-4-2 CUNYAC) was shutout by CCNY (2-10-2, 2-4-1 CUNYAC) this past Saturday by the score of 4-0.  The Beavers' Tayfun Kucuk recorded the shutout, notching four saves in the match.

CCNY got things started early, when Dennis Githui scored on a low cross from the left side, 1:59 into the match.  Mohamed Abdalhaleem scored the team's second goal seven minutes later on a header, putting the Beavers up 2-0.  

CCNY scored once more in the third half at the 28:05 mark when Fisnik Ahmeti headed a ball in from three yards out, thanks in part to an assist from Githui.  The Beavers would score their fourth and final goal at the 55:30 mark, thanks to Githui's second score of the day.

Brooklyn's Azad Kafarov (Madison / Brooklyn, NY) tallied four saves in goal.

The Bridges will host Hunter College at the Aviator this Wednesday, October 21 at 4:00 pm, BC's final home and conference match of the season.
