The Brooklyn College Women's Tennis Team improved their season record to 8-4 on Wednesday afternoon as they defeated St. Joseph's College Brooklyn (0-4), by a score of 9-0.

Nadine Alexander (Boys & Girls / Brooklyn, NY) won her first ever match at #1 singles, defeating Jessica Litner 10-1, while Erika Gil (Fort Hamilton / Brooklyn, NY) defeated Kristen Bauman in #2 singles by the same score.

Diana Rafailova (James Madison / Brooklyn, NY) and Hadiya Cameron (Clara Barton / Brooklyn, NY), who filled in at #5 and #6 singles appearances, each cruised to victories, as Rafailova defeated Melissa Pereira10-1, and Cameron beat Leah Hampton 10-0.

BC will head to the Bronx on Friday to take on Lehman College, as they try to win their 7th conference victory.
