The Brooklyn College Women's Basketball Team (1-3), came back from a 45-26 halftime deficit to come all the way back to tie Old Westbury (3-0) at 78 with 1:26 remaining, however Brooklyn couldn't convert on their next two possessions, and being down 2, were forced to foul. Old Westbury's Krystina Agard (August Martin / Queens, NY) made 4 clutch free throws to clinch the win for the host school.

Priscilla Ramirez (FDR / Brooklyn, NY), who scored all 23 of her points in the second half of play, and pulled down a team-high 12 rebounds.
Frances Lyons (James Madison / Brooklyn, NY) scored 21 points and grabbed 9 rebounds.
Amber Gordon (Bishop Loughlin / Brooklyn, NY) had another big scoring day, notching 18 points, while knocking down 3 shots from long-range.
Justine O'Callahan (Floral Park / Floral Park, NY) rounded out the double-digit scorers, adding 10, while grabbing 9 boards.
Old Westbury was led by Agard who scored 21 points and dished out 9 assists.
Brooklyn will return home on Tuesday as they host York in their first conference game of the season at 5 pm in the first half of a doubleheader with the men's team.
