Brooklyn, NY --- The Brooklyn College Women's Tennis team dropped a CUNY Athletic Conference match to the Hawks of Hunter College this afternoon by the score of 9-0 at the BC Tennis Courts. With the loss, the Bulldogs fall to 3-4 overall on the year, 2-2 in the CUNYAC; while the Hawks remain perfect on the season with a 8-0 overall record, 6-0 in league play.

The Hawks jumped out to a quick 3-0 advantage early in the match, taking all three doubles matches. Hunter would continue its success on the day in singles action by taking all six flights for the 9-0 victory.

Brooklyn will look to bounce back when it returns to action on Tuesday, October 5th, as the Bulldogs will host Baruch College in a CUNYAC matchup. Match is slated for a 4:00 pm start.
