New York, NY---The Brooklyn College Men's Swimming Team competed for the first time since 2004 as they traveled to Baruch's Vertical Campus on Friday evening, dropping to the meet to the Bearcats, 89-65.
One highlight for the Bulldogs was the performance of
Yevgeniy Kuksa (Brooklyn Tech / Brooklyn, NY), who finished 3rd in the 50 freestyle and showed the potential to contribute in backstroke events this season.
The win was the first for Baruch as they dropped their previous two meets to start the season.
The Bulldogs will return to action on Tuesday evening as they host Lehman College at the West Quad Pool. The meet will be the first ever in the pool.
