BC Men Give Solid Effort In Home Opening Loss To Lehman

Results

Brooklyn, NY---The Brooklyn College Men's Swimming & Diving Team (0-2, 0-2 CUNYAC) lost their first home meet of the season on Wednesday evening as they fell to Lehman College (1-3, 1-0 CUNYAC) by a score of 98-62.  The West Quad Center Pool was alive as it saw the first competitive action in its history, however the energy of the evening was not enough to drive the Bulldogs to victory.

Leading the way for Brooklyn were Yevgeniy Kuksa (Brooklyn, NY/Brooklyn Technical), Judah Sorscher (Brooklyn, NY/RJL Jewish Boys) and Brian Clarke (Brooklyn, NY/Bishop Ford) who all posted first place finishes for the Bulldogs. Kuksa took first place in the 100 Yard Backstroke, while Sorscher and Clarke each took home fist place finishes in the 500 Yard Freestyle and the 100 Yard Breaststroke, respectively.

Brooklyn returns to the water on Thursday, November 18th, when the Bulldogs will travel to Jamaica, NY to take on the Cardinals of York College in CUNYAC action. The meet is scheduled for a 6:00 pm start.
