Box Score New York, NY---The Brooklyn College Women's Soccer Team took the field for the first time in regular season action on Friday night as they traveled to Randall's Island to take on CCNY in a conference matchup, but the first-year Bulldogs could not match the home Beavers as they fell 4-0.
With the win, CCNY improved to 3-0, 1-0 in CUNYAC play, while Brooklyn fell to 0-1 both overall and in the conference standings.
City College's Dzindzi Asamoah-Wade had a huge game, scoring three of her team's four goals, while Paola Ramos chipped in with the other tally.
Brooklyn will be home for the first regular season game on the new Brooklyn College field on September 11th at 4 pm against visiting Lehman College, also a first-year program. All fans are encouraged to come out and support the Bulldogs in their first home action of the year.
