Box Score Brooklyn, NY---After an intense 84:24 of play, and some missed opportunities by both teams, Farmingdale State's Victor Romero took an Orlandy Charleston pass and put the ball into the upper left corner of the net for the game-winner. The 1-0 victory improves the Rams record to 2-4 on the season while the Bulldogs fall to 2-3.

In the 61st minute of play, it seemed as though Farmingdale got the break that they needed to pull ahead, as a penalty inside the box gave them a penalty kick, however Brooklyn keeper Stamatis Boundouris made a brilliant save to preserve the 0-0 tie.

Boundouris, the reigning CUNYAC Defensive Player of the Week, finished with three saves on the day in goal for BC. Angelo Viteritti, the Farmingdale goalie, finished with 10 saves in a shutout effort, helping his team to the victory even though they were outshot on the afternoon.

Brooklyn will hope for a better outcome on Saturday as they begin conference play with a road game vs. rival York College. The conference game will be played at the Aviator in Brooklyn as York's field is under construction. Come out in support of your Bulldogs as they look to begin league play and start their quest for a CUNYAC title. Game time is 12 pm.
