Women’s Soccer Falls to Ramapo

Box Score Mahwah, NJ --- The Brooklyn College Women's Soccer team (7-8-1) fell to the Roadrunners of Ramapo College (5-9-2) by a score of 2-0 on Saturday afternoon.

Ramapo used a pair of early goals to jump out to its 2-0 advantage. Gabriella DiLiberto scored her third goal of the season in the 8th minute to put the home team on the board with Nani Vizcaino assisting on the play. Vizcaino would again set up the second goal in the 13th minute, this time with Nicole Ninomiya finishing for her 10th score of the season.

The Roadrunners would keep control of the action the rest of the way en route to their 2-0 victory.

Brooklyn's Rebecca Harmata made 12 saves in net for the Bulldogs playing in all 90 minutes, while her counterpart, Jessica Cusick also played all 90 minutes in the shutout.

Brooklyn returns to action on Thursday, October 30th, as the Bulldogs will travel to Purchase, NY to take on the Panthers of Purchase College in their regular season finale. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 pm start time.
