Box Score Brooklyn, NY---The Brooklyn College Men's soccer team won their second game in conference this season, dominating Medgar Evers, 9-0, on a cold overcast Saturday. The win takes the Bulldogs to 4-5-1 overall and ups their conference record to 2-1-1.

There were several bright spots along the way, including two players,
Ezike Somtochukwu and
Marco Thimm-Kaiser, registering both hat tricks, and an assist a piece. Brooklyn was able to get back to their winning form after a tough conference defeat to Hunter College on Wednesday in their previous match. The entire squad had a chance to see game action.
Kenny Benitez started the game in goal and registered a combined shutout with
Olgun Yilmaz.

The Bulldogs placed a significant amount of pressure on the Medgar Evers players from the opening whistle. Head Coach
Rawle Hensford said "The team has to increase their speed of play In order to have success in most matches". The Bulldogs hope to use the momentum of this win to take them to a higher level in the second half of the season.
