Lehman Box Score

Brooklyn, NY---Over Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning, the Bulldogs lost a league match to Hunter, 8-1, and then fell 5-4 to Lehman in a continuation of a match that was halted on 10/1.  Brooklyn falls to 2-7 and 2-4 in conference play with the two losses. 

In the Hunter match, the Bulldogs only win came from #2 singles player Suraya Maenout, who has been playing excellently of late, who defeated Hunter's Janani Bavanandan, 7-6 (7-5), 3-6, 10-4.

In the loss to Lehman, Brooklyn took two of three in doubles play, however they could only salvage wins in two of the six singles matches and went on to drop the overall match to the Lightning, 5-4.

Brooklyn will be traveling to Atlanta on Friday, and then they will take on Oglethorpe on Saturday morning at 10:00 am.
