Box Score Brooklyn, NY---The Brooklyn College Women's Volleyball Team dropped their second straight, falling to visiting Rutgers Newark, 26-24, 25-21, 25-13 on Thursday evening at West Quad.  The Bulldogs fall to 0-2 on the year while the Scarlet Raiders improve to 3-0.

Brooklyn fought valiantly in the first set, but were edged out, 26-24.  BC held their own in set two as well, but seemingly ran out of steam in the third. 

Christolia Butler led the Bulldogs with nine kills in the loss.  

Brooklyn will play a trimatch at USMMA on Saturday, facing the Mariners in the early match before squaring off against Pratt.
