Women's Soccer Defeated By #18 Connecticut College

Box Score New London, CT---The Brooklyn College women's soccer team dropped a non-conference match at #18 Connecticut College this afternoon, 5-0.  Brooklyn moves to 5-5-2 overall with the loss.  The Bulldogs are still undefeated at 4-0 in the CUNYAC, sittting in first place in the conference.  BC will begin a five-match homestand beginning on Saturday as they play host to local foe, St. Joseph's College - Brooklyn.  Kickoff is set for noon.  

The home team scored all five goals in the first half starting in the first minute of the match.  Freshman forward standout Victoria Ramirez managaed one of the Bulldogs' two shots on goal of the day.  Sophomore forward Jennifer Benitez had BC other shot on goal.  

Senior goalie Samantha Rodriguez finished the match with five saves while facing 18 shots in ninety minutes.
