Box Score Kings Point, NY---The Brooklyn College women's volleyball team fell in non-conference action at the US Merchant Marine Academy, 0-3.  Brooklyn drops to 3-16 overall with the loss.  The Bulldogs will be back on the court on Thursday at Purchase.  

Falling behind 3-0 to start the match, the Bulldogs responded with four straight points to take the lead.  BC added to their lead, going up 7-4.  With the Bulldogs still leading 9-7, the home team scored seven straight to take the lead for to grab the first set.  

USMMA rolled in the next two sets, jumping out to big leads putting the Bulldogs in too deep a hole to climb out of.  

Senior middle blocker Christolia Butler led the Bulldogs with four kills.  Junior outside hitter Helen Lau added three kills.
