Brooklyn, NY---Close in a number of matches yesterday, the Brooklyn College women's tennis team was not able to pull them out as they fell in non-conference to Rutgers-Newark on Senior Day.  Brooklyn drops to 3-8 overall with the win.  The Bulldogs will be back on the court on Monday as they take to the road at Farmingdale.  

Senior Rebecca Solano picked a victory at No. 2 singles on her day 8-5.  Junior Charlotte Harary battled to a 9-8 win at No. 5 singles for the Bulldogs' other win on the afternoon.
