Box Score Brooklyn, NY---Jordy Ortiz scored a second half goal to tie the game at one, the eventual final score, as the Bulldogs and Lehman played to a draw in each of their first league games of the season. Brooklyn is now 2-3-1, 0-0-1 CUNYAC on the year, while the Lightning move to 2-2-2, 0-0-1.

Lehman out-played Brooklyn in the first half, getting a score from King Owusu to go into the half up 1-0, but the Bulldogs clearly came out determined to try and score an equalizer in the second, controlling much of the pace and ball, and eventually got the game-tying tally from Ortiz on an outstanding individual kick into the upper righthand corner.

Brooklyn controlled much of the possession for the remainder, including the two overtime periods, but could not find the net and had to settle for the tie.

These two teams, interestingly enough, also played to a 1-1 tie last year in their contest up in the Bronx.

Brooklyn will remain home on Monday as they host non-conference opponent, Kean at 4 pm.
