Montclair, NJ---The Brooklyn College women's soccer team dropped to 0-2 on the season this evening, falling on the road to Montclair State, 6-0. Brooklyn takes to the road this weekend as they visit Wisconsin-Whitewater on Friday and wrap up the trip with a match against Maranatha Baptist on Saturday. Both matches will be hosted by Wisconsin-Whitewater.
With the Bulldogs on their heels most of the match, the Red Hawks unloaded for 22 shots for the match included nine on goal. Montclair broke the 0-0 tie in the 24th minute and scored again ten minutes later to take a 2-0 halftime lead. The home team took full control of the match within five minutes of the second half, scoring their third goal, and rolling from their until time expired.
