Brooklyn, NY---With a three-set battle at No. 2 singles to decided the match, the Brooklyn College women's team dropped their season opener this afternoon in conference play against John Jay, 5-4. The Bulldogs will look to bounce back in conference play on Monday, September 12, as they host Lehman at the Roosevelt Courts. Doubles play is scheduled to begin at 4:00 pm.
After trailing 2-1 following doubles matches, the Bulldogs rallied in singles play from No.4 to No. 6 singles in convincing fashion.
