Flushing, NY---The Brooklyn College women's tennis team rolled to their third straight conference win and fifth victory in their last six matches against Hunter College this afternoon, 8-1, at the US National Center. BC improves to 7-3 overall and 5-2 in conference play with the victory. Hunter drops to 1-7 and 1-4 in defeat. The Bulldogs return to the road on Friday as they travel to Newburgh, NY to take on Mt. St. Mary.

-Junior Ievgeniia Kostenko and freshman
Rosa Aksanov had straight set 6-0 shutouts in No. 1 and No. 2 singles respectively. The pair would also win in doubles together, 8-0.
-The Bulldogs would go on to win five of six singles flights and all three doubles matches.
-Sophomore Georgeen Belrose also scored a convincing win at No. 3 singles with a 6-1, 6-1 victory.
-The Bulldogs are now 2-0 against Hunter under BC Head Coach,
David Wallis.
