Women's Soccer Drops Conference Match at Staten Island

Staten Island, NY---The Brooklyn College women's soccer team suffered their second conference loss in a row this afternoon, falling at the College of Staten Island, 7-0.  Brooklyn drops to 3-10 overall and 2-3 in CUNYAC on the season.  CSI remains undefeated in the conference with a 3-0-1 record in CUNYAC and 9-5-1 overall.  The Bulldogs will return to their non-conference schedule on Monday as they travel to William Paterson University. 

Match Notes

-The Dolphins scored in the 14th minute of the match and added two more scores to take a 3-0 halftime lead.  
-CSI's Nicole MIgnone finished with a hat-trick for the afternoon. 
-BC junior midfielder, Keri Kenna, had both of the Bulldogs' shots for the match. 
-Brooklyn sophomore keeper, Ketty Pena, had seven saves while facing 18 Dolphin shots. 
-CSI leads the all-time series with BC 7-3-2.
