Women's Soccer Falls at Wesley in Season Finale

Dover, DE---The Brooklyn College women's soccer program closed out the 2017 season last night, falling at Wesley College, 6-1, in non-conference play.  Brooklyn ends the season with a 3-13 record.  Wesley improved to 4-12 with the victory.  

Match Notes

-The home team struck first in the 27th minute and scored the game-winner in the 36th.  
-Trailing 4-0, Brooklyn freshman forward Leslie Lima put the Bulldogs on the board in 61st minute on an assist from Iliana Cabral.  
-Despite being out-shot 14-5 in the first period, the Bulldogs were more aggressive offensively in the second, out-shot 9-8.  
-Junior midfielder Keri Kenna had nine shots on the evening including two on-goal.
