Randall's Island, NY---The Brooklyn College women's soccer team dropped a 5-1 decision to CCNY this afternoon on the road. Brooklyn moves to 2-5 overall and 1-2 in CUNYAC with the loss. CCNY improved to 6-3 and 2-0 with the win. The Bulldogs will have a week to regroup for York College in CUNYAC play on Saturday, October 6, at 12:00 pm at Brooklyn College Field.
CCNY jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first half, scoring the game-winner in the 38'. However, the Bulldogs kept the Beavers scoreless through the first 32 minutes of the second half.

Keri Kenna, cut the CCNY lead to 2-1 in the 72' with her sixth goal of the season on assist from sophomore midfielder,
Noemi Vazquez.
The Beavers responded with three goals in final thirteen minutes of play, ending any hopes of the Bulldogs' completion of a comeback.
CCNY outshot the Bulldogs 27-3 for the match including 20-2 on shots-on-goal.
