Brooklyn, NY----The Brooklyn College women's tennis team fell in non-conference play to St. Joesph's Long Island, 6-3, at home this afternoon on their home courts. BC drops to 1-7 overall with the loss while the Golden Eagles improved to 4-1. The Bulldogs remain home against the College of Staten Island on Thursday, October 3, at 3pm.

Dora Batinovic, put up a fight in the first set at No. 4 flight singles but was outlasted 7-5. Her opponent rolled in the second flight, 6-0, in the second set.
