Farmingdale, NY---The Brooklyn College men's soccer team will have to wait a little bit longer for their first win as they drop a 2-0 nothing decision at Farmingdale State Monday afternoon. Brooklyn drops to 0-4 with the non-conference loss while FSC improves to 2-2. The Bulldogs will look to bounce back at home on Wednesday, 9/15, as they host Purchase in the nightcap of a soccer doubleheader at BC Field.
The home team would get on the board in 7' on an Eric Maldonado goal off of a cross from Carlos Rivera. Brooklyn would buckle down defensively and keep the Rams scoreless for the remainder of the half.
FSC would add an insurance goal in 61' off of a rebounded shot. Carlos Rivera had both assists on the afternoon.

Utku Tanritanir logged 80 minutes in goal for the Bulldogs, finishing with three saves while allowing both goals.
