Box Score Patchogue, NY----The Brooklyn College women's tennis team had a tough outing at St. Joseph's Long Island on Sunday, falling to the Golden Eagles, 9-0, in non-conference play.  BC drops to 0-4 with the loss while St. Joe's improved to 4-2 with their second straight win.  Next Up: The Bulldogs return home for a non-conference match against Farmingdale State on Thursday at 4:00 pm.  

The Rundown

• The home team swept doubles to start the match with Monica Prado Capon and Veronika Tsiko losing at the top-flight, 8-4.  Allison Dubrow and Saoirse Siobhan Ebert fell at the No. 2 slot, 8-3, and Marah Mustafa and Sophia Kebadze dropped No. 3 doubles, 8-3.  
• Prado Capon fell at top-flight singles (7-5, 10-3).  Tsiko put up a three-set battle at No. 2 singles but was eventually defeated (6-1, 4-6, 9-11).  Dubrow was outlasted at the No.3 flight singles (2-6, 2-6).  Ebert kept it close in the first set at No. 4 singles, but was outlasted (6-4, 6-1).  Kebadze dropped No. 5 singles (6-0, 6-0) and Mustafa made some adjustments in the second set at No. 6 singles, but lost (6-0, 6-3).
