Brooklyn Rolls to Eighth Straight Win at Baruch

Box Score New York, NY---Following a closely played first quarter, the Brooklyn College women's basketball team went on a tear the next three periods, cruising to their eighth straight victory at Baruch this evening, 76-39.  Brooklyn moves to a perfect 9-0 in CUNYAC and 12-7 overall with the conference victory while the Bearcats drop to 4-4 and 10-9 respectively.  Next Up: The Bulldogs look to remain undefeated in 2023 as they continue their conference road swing at John Jay on Tuesday at 6pm.

  • Trailing the Bearcats 15-13 at the close of the opening period, Brooklyn outscored Baruch 19-1 in the second quarter.  
  • Brooklyn held Baruch to 23.8% from the field for the game including 13.3% from behind the arc.  
  • The Bulldogs forced 29 Baruch turnovers, which helped produced 35 points.
