Brooklyn, NY----The Brooklyn College men's swimming and diving team opened their conference meet schedule with a 70-61 victory over Lehman College on Thursday at the West Quad Pool.  Brooklyn moves to 2-2 with the win while the Lightning drops to 2-4 overall in their first CUNYAC meet of the season.  Next Up: Brooklyn hosts Purchase in a non-conference meet on January 12 at 6pm.  

Meet Highlights

• Christian Hoyek won the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:03.06.  He would also finish with the best times in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke on the evening.  
• Ronaldo Barrios won the 100 freestyle with a time of 1:00.37.  He would go on to also win the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:14.53.
