Eight Different Goal Scorers Propel Bulldogs to CUNYAC Win Over York

Brooklyn, NY---Rolling to their second straight shutout in conference play, the Brooklyn College men's soccer team cruised to a 9-0 CUNYAC win over York College at Aviator Sports Complex on Saturday night.  BC improves to 3-9 overall and 3-3 in CUNYAC with the victory while York drops to 0-10 and 0-6 respectively.

  • The Bulldogs have another big conference match on Wednesday against John Jay on Randall's Island (#74) at 7:30pm. 
How It Happened
  • Brooklyn had eight different goal scorers on the evening beginning with Seif Mokhtar in 9' on an assist from George Koufos.  Rayan Vukovic scored the second goal of the match in 25' before assisting on goals scored by Samuel Salinas and Benedick Augustin.  A goal scored by Adan Khodorkovsky gave BC a 5-0 halftime lead. 
  • Yassin Hairane scored the Bulldogs' first goal of the second half in 63' before Bradlej Cupi scored the next two goals.  Issat Khasanoc scored the final goal of the match in 83'. 
  • BC outshot the Cardinals 26-4 for the match. 
  • Brooklyn goalkeeper, Carl-Henry Obeissant, recorded his second straight clean sheet finishing with a pair of saves in all 90 minutes of action.
