Brooklyn, NY----Announced by the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) on Tuesday, Brooklyn College freshman, Alexis Goodman, earned an Honorable Mention with the release of this week's Women's Tennis Weekly Awards.  She earned honor for her efforts in BC's lone match played last week.  Early in the season, she was named the conference's Rookie of the Week. 

In Brooklyn's lone match of the week, Goodman went undefeated on Saturday against Sarah Lawrence.  She began the afternoon with a 7-5 victory at top-flight singles and completed her day with a (6-2, 6-3) win at No. 1 singles.  

The Bulldogs are match in action on Tuesday, 9/23, as they open conference play at home against York College at 3pm.
