Purchase, NY----In their second meet of the season, the Brooklyn College men's cross country team took 8th Place out of 15 teams competing at the Purchase College Invitational on Saturday.  USMMA dethroned the Bulldogs who won the meet last season.  Next Up: The Bulldogs continue their season at the College of New Jersey's Herb Lorenz Invitational on Friday, September 12.  

Finishing first for BC for the second straight week and 33rd overall out of 146 scoring runners, Anthony King ran the 6K course in 21:57.9.  He was followed by Yasin Gordon who finished 55th overall with a time of 23:17.5.  Dexter Weiner rounded up BC's top-three with a time of 24:01.8 for 60th Place.
