Bulldogs Move Up to Fourth Place Following Day 2 of Metropolitan Swimming and Diving Collegiate Championships

Piscataway, NJ----Following the second day of the Metropolitan Swimming and Diving Collegiate Championships hosted at the Rutgers University Sonny Werblin Recreation Center, the Brooklyn College moved up to fourth place from fifth place after the first day of the three-day event.Roberts Wesleyan, Baruch, and SUNY Maritime are currently the top-three respectively. Brooklyn leads Gordon, Mt. St. Mary, and Sarah Lawrence.  

Michael Kravets headlined the day by winning the 200 freestyle final (1:47.11).  Andrew Woo took third in the 100 breaststroke (58.41).  Or Volpert grabbed eighth place in the 100 butterfly (57.48) final.  

The Bulldogs close out the championship weekend on Sunday, February 15, with the prelims beginning at 10:45am followed by the finals at 5:30pm.
