Brooklyn, NY----Announced by the Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association (MBWA) on Tuesday, Brooklyn College junior guard,
Brianna Jackson, has earned an Honorable Mention for her efforts last week. It is the second time this season Jackson has earned the honor from the organization.
In the Bulldogs' lone game of the week, Jackson scored a team-high 18 points, dished out 11 assists, grabbed 5 rebounds, and came up with 4 steals, helping BC to a conference victory over Hunter, 68-54, in their regular season finale on Tuesday. With the victory, Brooklyn finished with a perfect 14-0 CUNYAC record.
The top-seeded Bulldogs are back in action on Wednesday, February 25, when they host #4 John Jay in the semifinals of the CUNYAC Championship Tournament at 5pm at the West Quad Center.
