Brooklyn, NY----Announced by the City University of New York Athletic Conference on Monday, BC sophomore outside hitter, Saule Okeke-Ziburkus, earned an Honorable Mention with the release of this week's Women's Volleyball Weekly awards.  It is the second straight week she has received an Honorable Mention.   

In Brooklyn's lone match played on the week, Okeke-Ziburkus, had a standout performance in a 3-2 Brooklyn victory at Maritime on Thursday.  She neared a triple-double on the evening, finishing with a career-high 19 kills, 18 digs, and 8 service aces.  

The Bulldogs will host their Home Opener on Tuesday, September 15, against USMMA at 7pm.
