High School: Attended Fort Hamilton... Two-year member of the boys varsity volleyball team.
Personal: Parents are Weichang Ruan and Li Yi Chen... Born in 1994... Undecided major... Transfer from the College of Staten Island.
Coach Salak Says: "Jianjun is a first year player who will be expected to work hard in practice and polish his skills. So for he has demonstrated a willingness to adjust to what coaches are asking of him. His role this year will be to try to push our starters in practice everyday."
