Biography
College: In 2009-10, as a junior, played in all 29 games, while making 21 starts, averaging 26.4 minutes of action per game. Led team in rebounding averaing 7.0 boards per game and also blocks with 41. Averaged 7.7 points per game, to go along with 37 assists and 35 steals. Helped lead team to a second straight CUNYAC title and NCAA Tournament appearance... During the 2008-2009 campaign, made an immediate impact in first year at BC, playing in all 29 games on the year, while making five starts. Finished second on the team in both field goal percentage, 57.6% (72-for-125), and rebounds per game (5.3). Averaged 5.8 points per game, while also recording 31 blocks. Helped lead team to the school's first conference championship since 1973 and first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1982. Was the game-high rebounder in Brooklyn's first round game of the NCAA Tournament with 12.
Prior to BC: In 2007-08, played freshman season at CUNYAC and borough rival Medgar Evers College. Played in 21 games for the Cougars, while making 15 starts. Averaged 9.1 points per game, while collecting 8.3 caroms per contest in 30.7 minutes per game.
High School: Played at Murray Bergtraum High School. Averaged 6.6 points and 7.2 rebounds per game during his senior season.
