Biography
College: In 2009, as a first year member of the BC Women's Tennis team, was named the CUNYAC Rookie of the Year, posting an 11-4 singles record, including a perfect 8-0 mark in the CUNYAC. In doubles play, went 11-5, including going 7-2 with partner Diana Rafailova.
High School: St. Demetrios
Personal: Brother Anthony Sideris is a freshman at BC and a member of the men's soccer, volleyball and tennis teams.
Coach Odetalla Says: "Amalea could possibly have the most strength of any woman on campus, and she is not afraid to show it on the tennis court. She hits the ball with overwhelming power, making her one of the toughest people ever to don our uniform."
