College: In 2010, played in 46 games for the Bulldogs. Compiled 45 kills, 19 digs, and 12 blocks on the season ... In 2009, played in 66 games. Had 77 kills, 1.77 per game, and 17 blocks on the season ... In 2008, played in 15 games. Recorded five kills and two solo blocks.

High School: Played both basketball and volleyball at William C. Bryant HS. Volleyball team won PSAL City Championship in 2005. Named NY1 Scholar Athlete in 2005.

Personal: Three-time CUNYAC Scholar Athlete. Dean's List student as a Physical Education Major. Was also a two-year letterwinner on the Men's Basketball team at BC.

Coach Morris Says: "Jason Demas is playing his final year as a graduate student. He has been a great leader for us this season and his versatility in the front row has allowed us to use him as both a rights side and a middle hitter."
