College: In 2009, Named CUNYAC/HSS Scholar-Athlete of the Month for the month of October... In 2008, recipient of the Hospital for Special Surgeries/CUNYAC Scholar Athlete of the Month for September. Finished tenth overall in the CUNYAC Championship.
High School: Arvind is a graduate of Syosset High School.
Personal: Nickname is Starvin due to the fact that he was skinny as a freshman in High School. Was named to the National Honor Society in High School and was also the Co-President of the National Latin Language Society.
Coach Podias Says: "Arvind is a senior leader who looks to dominate, as he did in 2007 and 2008. He will be a real key to the team's success in 2010."
