College: Fourth year member of the BC Men's Volleyball team... In 2013, appeared in 25 matches and 79 sets, totaled 14 service aces and 25 digs... In 2012, played in 35 sets and 18 matches, totaled 22 kills and nine total blocks... In 2011, played in 15 games, registering 17 kills and 26 total blocks... In 2010, played in 24 games for the Bulldogs, recording 13 kills, and 20 blocks, 11 of which were solo.
High School: Attended New Utrecht... Two-year member of the Boy's Varsity Volleyball team.
Personal: Paents are Chris and Ewa... Born in 1991... Physical Education and History double major... Plans to teach Phyiscal Education... Dean's List... Chose BC for better volleyball opportunities.
Coach Salak Says: "Matt is one of the few seniors on our roster this year. Matt has worked long and hard to solidify his technique as a middle blocker, one of the most challenging positions on the floor. He has earned himself a starting position and this year will be his chance to show and prove himself as a marquee player."
