Fredlet Patrice

Joining the men's soccer staff in the Summer of 2016, Fredlet Patrice will serve as an assistant coach for Head Coach, Joseph André.  He will assist in all aspects of the program including recruiting, match preparation, and in-match coaching. 

Well-versed not only with on-the-field instruction and coaching, Coach Patrice brings a strong soccer-related administrative and managerial background to Brooklyn.  He has most recently been the sport coordinator for the Center for Promotional Social Activities (CEPROSA) in Brooklyn where scheled team matches and tournaments, performed a number administrative duties including budgeting, promotions,and media relations.  Prior to his time with CEPROSA, Coach Patrice served as an assistant coach with the Nifa Football Club.  During his time with Nifa, Coach Patrice trained and developed a number of youth players, organized daily practices, and coached during club matches. 

As a student-athlete, Coach Patrice helped York College to a CUNYAC championship in 1995.  A New York City high school soccer standout, Patrice earned Most Valuable Player honors for the Queens B Division.  He would help Forrest Hills School to a City Championship in 1985.  During the Summers between 1983-85, he would co-captain a New York City Empire State Games squad.  

Coach Patrice earned his National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) diploma in 1994.  He currently works as an Educational Para B in the New York City Department of Education.
