Coach Salak Says: "Howard is a super hard worker that comes to practice everyday and never complains. He is training to be the setter of the future for our team. We are working to bring him out of his shell a little bit more as he is relatively quiet on the court. Once he figures out how to take more control on the court that will open up the door for further mastery of the setter position."
